AmbiSpace is an AR-powered web platform that redefines the online shopping experience by letting users preview 3D product models in real environments before purchasing. The goal was to bridge the gap between e-commerce and immersive visualization, especially for items like furniture, decor, and gadgets.

Reflection

AmbiSpace successfully tackled the disconnect between e-commerce and physical visualization using AR. The integration of modern tools like Next.js, Strapi, Supabase, and Model-viewer helped streamline development and deployment.

The project was a massive learning experience — from complex UI animations to OAuth flows and optimized 3D rendering. Future improvements include multi-user AR sessions and AI-based product recommendations.
